Find everything you need to know about investing in Plentywoods Venue weekend packages is below.
Whether you’re planning a wedding or a quinceanera, here are the amenities included when you book one of our weekend packages:
Large venue with the capacity to host up to 350 guests. But we’re still comfortable with guest lists of 150.
Unique, rural location built for couples who want to wow their guests with beautiful scenery and a quiet environment. Plus, outdoor and indoor ceremony and reception options.
All-day access to the venue to get ready, decorate and, of course, celebrate. (Times may differ on which day your event is held.)
A stunning bridal suite with all the amenities for pampering and prepping throughout the day.
A functional groom’s suite with a private full bathroom to get cleaned up after setting up DIY weddings or playing frisbee golf in the field.
A huge reception space to seat guests AND still have a big dance floor.
Tables + chairs for 350 guests.
Sturdy and eye-appealing folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies for 350 guests.
Commercial refrigerators.
Full prepping and warming kitchen equipped with prep tables, ice machine, commercial sinks, oven and more. (Your caterer will love it!)
Large outdoor patio with access from the reception area through glass garage doors.
Four-stall women and men’s restrooms for your guests inside the venue.
Plentywoods team member onsite to assist and answer questions during your event, so you can enjoy a stress-free day.
Wheelchair accessible.
On-site gravel parking lot for your guests. Plus lighting to help find guests to find their way back to their vehicles.
Wifi throughout the venue.
Climate-controlled venue for comfort during the heat of the summer or cold winter days.
Cows and horses if that’s your thing. This is first a ranch after all.
Once you book, you gain access to Plentywoods Venue for your bridals and engagement photos, pending scheduling approval from the Plentywoods team.

Wedding Weekend Packages:
Secure the venue for rehearsal by making it a Two-Day Reservation.
Reserving the venue the afternoon before your wedding guarantees we will not book another event the day before yours. This lets you come in and start setting up for rehearsal and the wedding. You get access starting at 8:00 a.m. the day your reservation begins and ends at 11:59 the final day of your event. Essentially, you’re adding a second day to your reservation.
Rehearsal Reservation: $1,200
Three-Day Weekend Packages
Unlike just reserving the space for rehearsal, booking our 3-day package will give you access to the venue starting at 8:00 a.m. the day your reservation begins and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the final day of your reservation. From rehearsal to brunch the day after the wedding, you can enjoy our space to celebrate all weekend long.
3 Days (Th/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun): $7,250
All weddings require wedding day insurance through our provider, Nuptial. This is typically about $250. The good news is, once you sign the rental agreement and pay the booking fee, they reach out to you. So there’s no hassle in searching for the right coverage plan.

Make Wedding Day Easier By Upgrading Your Wedding Package:
Please email us for a quote on these upgrades. For booked couples, these are all listed in the rental agreement and can be added on closer to your event date.
Set-up/Tear Down Package
Let us handle the manual labor of setting up and tearing down your tables and chairs. This includes setup/tear down for outdoor ceremonies, too. Bring us your linens and we can have those on the tables ready for decor. At the end of the night, you just have to make sure people are taking everything you brought with them, and we’ll handle the rest.
Event Management Package
You’ve done the planning and gotten all of the vendors to make your wedding exactly what you dreamed. Let us help with the final details and making sure everything (and everyone) is organized and ready for the big day. While every couple is different, this typically looks like extra assistance making sure you have everything checked off your list the two months before your wedding day. Plus, we will be there at your rehearsal to practice and all day the day of to help make sure everyone is in place so you can focus on getting ready and making memories.
Reserve the Cottage
The Cottage is a small house across the field from Plentywoods Venue. It has one bedroom, living room, one bathroom and kitchen and can sleep a small group, depending on sleeping arrangements. The Cottage is great for the couple, a small bridal party, out-of-town family/guest or even vendors (such as coordinators/planners or photographers).
Digital Photo Booth
Get instant access to photos with our digital photo booth. This is what you’d see at other events with the stand and ring light. We’ll even set it up and send you the link to the entire digital album after your wedding so you can see the photos and videos your guests took.
Brays, Neighs and Brews
A Plentywoods exclusive! Brays, Neighs and Brews is a mini donkey and pony drink service that adds flare to your cocktail hour. The brew crew is safe for guests of all ages. To learn more about this service, visit the official website. Prices may vary based on service requests.
